What You’ll Be Doing
- Support leveraged finance and debt advisory transactions for private equity-backed businesses
- Work alongside senior advisors on acquisitions, refinancings and strategic funding mandates
- Build financial analysis and debt materials for lenders, investors and stakeholders
- Develop relationships across private equity, banking and corporate finance networks

What You’ll Bring
- Experience within debt advisory, leveraged finance, corporate banking or transaction services
- Strong financial analysis and commercial modelling capability
- Exposure to mid-market transactions or private equity-backed businesses
