Are you a Real Estate Solicitor looking for a new challenge? We have an opportunity to join our growing Sheffield team and would love to hear from you. The location: Our office in Sheffield is on a growth trajectory. Now is a truly exciting time to join the office at the beginning of this journey and help shape the future. The role:
Working as part of a high-performing, friendly team providing assistance on all aspects of Real Estate work including acquisitions, disposals, secured lending, portfolio management work, development work and landlord and tenant matters.
Initially, you will work with the wider team on a broad spectrum of transactional real estate matters. You will have the opportunity to build your own internal and external relationships and as part of a national firm, there will be opportunities to collaborate with other offices on real estate projects.
You'll also work with our wider team on large complex deals, build up your own caseload and help our team to deliver a fantastic service to our clients.
You will need:
Strong commercial real estate experience with 3-5 years + PQE A desire to enhance and build client relationships and exceed expectations Excellent communication skills A high degree of initiative and the ability to cope in a fast-moving environment Excellent organisational and prioritising skills

Ideally, we would like this role to be based from our Sheffield hub but we will be flexible to consider other base locations.
