Associate / Senior Associate Solicitor – Banking (Real Estate Finance Focus)
4–7+ PQE | City of London | Hybrid Working | Excellent Salary DOE
A highly regarded Legal 500 firm with a leading Banking and REF practice is looking to recruit an experienced Banking Solicitor to join its Banking and Real Estate Finance team.
The role will involve managing a high-quality caseload of predominantly lender-side Banking and REF matters, including:
- Real Estate Finance
- Bilateral and syndicated lending
- Refinancing
- Leveraged finance
- General corporate lending
You will work closely with highly regarded Banking and Real Estate Finance partners, manage transactions with limited supervision, and develop strong client relationships.

The ideal Solicitor will have high-level Banking experience, with a strong focus on Real Estate Finance. You will be technically confident, commercially minded, and comfortable managing multiple transactions within a fast-paced environment.
