Why this role matters: This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Commercial Property team. You’ll be involved in interesting and complex work for a broad range of clients, giving you the opportunity to further develop your technical skills, grow your network and make a meaningful contribution to the team’s continued success.
What you’ll do
You’ll advise clients on a broad range of commercial property matters and support the delivery of high-quality legal services across a varied portfolio of work. You’ll:
- Advise on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, telecoms and asset management work.
- Act for a diverse client base including investors, lenders, landlords and tenants.
- Lead transactions from inception through to completion, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice throughout.
- Support clients involved in strategic development including negotiating and drafting a range of property agreements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted adviser and identifying opportunities to further support clients’ needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider Transactional Property Group and wider firm to deliver seamless, high-quality client service.
- Play an active role in business development, networking and profile-raising activities to support the continued growth of the practice.
- Share knowledge and support the development of junior lawyers and trainees, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

We’re keen to hear from an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor who is looking to join an ambitious and growing team and take the next step in their career. You’ll bring:
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality advice across a range of commercial property matters.
- A commercial and pragmatic approach, with a focus on delivering practical solutions and exceptional client service.
- Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships, with the credibility to become a trusted adviser.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues and external partners.
- An enthusiasm for business development and contributing to the continued growth and success of the team.
- A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in supporting and developing junior colleagues.
- A commitment to innovation, continuous improvement and working together to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
