JFH Law is recruiting for an Associate Solicitor to join our award-winning team based near King’s Cross, London.

We are looking for a motivated solicitor with strong dispute resolution experience, together with the ability to advise on a range of non-contentious commercial matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts, partnership agreements, and other business documentation.

Healthcare or dental sector experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential.

About the Role

The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload and work closely with clients across a range of commercial and regulatory matters. Responsibilities will include:

  • Advising clients on contentious and non-contentious legal issues;
  • Managing dispute resolution matters, including correspondence, negotiations and, where appropriate, court or tribunal proceedings;
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, partnership agreements and related documents;
  • Supporting businesses and professionals with practical, commercially focused legal advice;
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of client care.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
