Associate Solicitor - Banking and Finance

. About the Ro leAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Solicitor to join the firm's growing Real Estate Finance team. Based in Manchester, the successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of real estate-backed lending transactions, advising both lenders and borrowers across a variety of asset classe s.Responsibiliti esAdvise lenders, borrowers, investors, and developers on a wide range of real estate finance transaction s.Assist with the structuring, negotiation, and completion of investment, development, acquisition, and refinancing transaction s.Draft, review, and negotiate facility agreements, security documentation, certificates, reports on title, and ancillary finance document s.Conduct and coordinate due diligence exercises, including reviewing title documentation and property-related risk s.Work closely with colleagues across Real Estate, Corporate, and Banking teams to deliver seamless client servic e.Support clients on transaction management from instruction through to completio n.Provide commercially focused advice on legal risks and transaction structure s.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and professional contact s.Contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of the Real Estate Finance practic
