We are working with an esteemed national law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Licensing team within their Belfast office.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a renowned Licensing & Regulatory practice, advising a broad client base on licensing and regulatory investigations, with a focus on local work across Northern Ireland across the hospitality and leisure sector. The candidate’s duties will include:
- Advising clients on licensing requirements
- Preparing and presenting Court applications
- Liaising with relevant regulatory authorities
- Tracking licence conditions, renewal dates, and compliance obligations for clients

Essential Criteria
- 1+ PQE
- Strong background in commercial matters with experience in licensing and related court advocacy within a medium to large commercial firm
- Excellent commercial awareness
- Outstanding academics
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness
- Ability to work independently and within a team
