Associate Solicitor – Private Client Advisory (Leeds)

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Private Client Advisory team in Leeds, offering the chance to advise high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning, succession, and tax. Join a busy, high-performing team with a strong caseload pipeline, enabling you to hit the ground running with a varied and fulfilling workload.
Responsibilities
You will:
- Advise clients on complex estate and succession planning, including wills, lifetime trusts, powers of attorney, and estate administration
- Draft and implement deeds of variation and other legally effective estate strategies
- Provide tax planning advice to safeguard wealth across generations
- Collaborate with partners, colleagues across teams, and external professionals to deliver holistic solutions
- Contribute to the growth of our Private Client practice, including business development and relationship-building
- Actively support the growth and mentoring of team members
- Align your work with the needs of the Leeds market (familiarity is a plus)

Requirements
We are looking for a driven Associate Solicitor with:
- Strong experience in advising on corporate and confidential trusts, Powers of Attorney, and complex wills
- Preference for candidates who are STEP-qualified or working towards it
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and external networks
- Business development drive and enthusiasm for building client relationships
- Honesty and integrity above all else
