What We’re Looking For

JAGGAER is looking for an Associate Solution Consultant – Data and Analytics to join the Professional Services team in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will support client implementation projects by gathering requirements, configuring solutions, preparing documentation, and helping clients adopt JAGGAER products successfully. You will work closely with senior consultants, project teams, and clients while building deeper expertise in SaaS implementation, procurement technology, and professional services delivery.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and configuration of JAGGAER Spend Management and Analytics solutions by helping to translate client business requirements into effective solution configurations that meet agreed scope, quality, and project timelines.
  • Assist project teams and senior consultants to gather requirements, support client workshops, provide training, and build strong relationships throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Analyse, validate, and troubleshoot client data using SQL and other data analysis techniques, ensuring high-quality data, accurate reporting, and successful solution outcomes for both implementation and data refresh activities.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualisations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools to help clients gain actionable insights from their data.
  • Support solution testing, issue resolution, documentation, project governance, and the successful transition of projects from Implementation to Customer Support.
  • Contribute to project status updates, including progress against assigned deliverables and identifying potentials scope changes.
  • Apply emerging AI technologies, including generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI assistants, to enhance solution delivery, improve operational efficiency, and support client outcomes.
  • Contribute to the adoption and implementation of AI-enabled capabilities within JAGGAER solutions and internal delivery practices.
  • Continuously develop your consulting, technical, and procurement industry knowledge while contributing to team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Learn and apply JAGGAER implementation standards, project controls, and best practices.

Position Requirements

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in application implementation, solution consulting, SaaS, ERP, procurement technology, business intelligence, analytics, project coordination, or another client-facing environment.
  • Interest in learning how SaaS solutions, analytics platforms, and enterprise applications are implemented, configured, and integrated.
  • Experience with Spend Analytics, Business Intelligence, data analytics, or related solutions, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data querying techniques for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled technologies, including generative AI, prompt engineering, or AI assistants, and an interest in applying them to improve client solutions and delivery practices.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, follow structured implementation methodologies, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Confidence participating in client meetings, facilitating discussions, and asking thoughtful, business-focused questions.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, and a professional approach to client engagement.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 20–30%), subject to business and travel requirements.

  • Exposure to Spend Analytics, eProcurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Lifecycle Management software applications.
  • Exposure to using AI tools in a professional context.

  • Experience supporting process improvement or change initiatives.
