Associate Structural Engineer

Location: London SE1 Salary: £62,000-£72,000 + Excellent Benefits

We are seeking a driven, technically skilled Associate Structural Engineer.


Based Location: Civil & Structural Division

  • Office size: 250 strong
  • London SE1 office staff: 140
    • Civil & Structural team: 20
  • Project budget range: £10m to £50m+

Core projects include:

  • Data centres
  • Healthcare facilities
  • Schools
  • Defence projects
  • Mixed-use developments and residential schemes (typically 8-15 storeys)

About The Role

  • You will take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
  • Lead engineering teams.
  • Engage with clients.
  • Monitor financial performance.
  • Mentor junior engineers.
  • Contribute to shaping the future of structural design within our division.

    • Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers (MIStructE) OR
    • Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE)
  • Technical competency in:
