Location: London SE1 Salary: £62,000-£72,000 + Excellent Benefits

We are seeking a driven, technically skilled Associate Structural Engineer.
Based Location: Civil & Structural Division
- Office size: 250 strong
- London SE1 office staff: 140
- Civil & Structural team: 20
- Project budget range: £10m to £50m+
Core projects include:
- Data centres
- Healthcare facilities
- Schools
- Defence projects
- Mixed-use developments and residential schemes (typically 8-15 storeys)
About The Role
- You will take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
- Lead engineering teams.
- Engage with clients.
- Monitor financial performance.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Contribute to shaping the future of structural design within our division.

What You Bring

Chartered:
- Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers (MIStructE) OR
- Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE)

Technical competency in:
- Steel design
- Concrete design

Proven experience:
- Managing complex structural projects
- Leading cross-functional teams
