Associate Talent Sourcing Specialist
6-Month Contract
Location: Leeds, UK or Warsaw, Poland

What You'll Do:
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and talent requirements.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Engage candidates through personalized outreach and assess initial fit for opportunities.
- Track sourcing activity and maintain accurate candidate records within recruitment systems.
- Support employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives where appropriate.
- Share talent market insights and competitor intelligence with the wider TA team.
- Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify target talent pools.
What We're Looking For:
Required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Curiosity, resilience, and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent research and information-gathering abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.

Nice to Have
- Experience in sourcing, recruitment, sales, customer engagement or a similar people-focused environment.
- Exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or talent sourcing tools.
- Additional European language skills.
