Corporate & Private Capital

  • Public and private M&A (joint ventures, private capital).
  • Restructurings, returns of capital.
  • Tax advice on high-impacttransactions.

Finance and Restructuring

  • Tax finance and restructuring solutions.
  • Debt-based and equity-based transactions.
  • Innovative refinancing strategies in turbulent markets.

Real Estate Tax

  • Commercial real estate activity:
    • Developers
    • Institutional investors (lenders, fund managers).

Tax Disputes

  • Representation in large-scale, multi-faceted disputes (UK and global).
  • Cross-border collaborations.
  • Opportunities to engage with lawyers in multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

Candidates should:

  • Be admitted as a solicitor or barrister in England and Wales.
  • Demonstrate excellent technical and commercial abilities.
  • Juggle high workloads and responsibility effectively.
  • Be highly collaborative and communicative (oral + written).
