About the Role: Associate Technology Consultant
This opportunity is for those who are: ✔ Inquisitive & analytical – Enjoy problem-solving and exploring tech. ✔ Hungry to learn – Prefer hands-on training over academic theory.
The programme is structured in two key phases:
1. Fast-Paced Training
- Full-time, hybrid learning (classroom + remote).
- Comprehensive coverage of consulting fundamentals—from Agile methodologies to client-facing work.
- Designed to accelerate your skills quickly (fast-paced but engaging).
2. Client-Facing Experience
- After training, transition into real-world consulting for a global firm.
- Focus: End-to-end design & implementation of tools that businesses use to manage work, products, and programmes.
- Work alongside international teams on high-impact projects.
- Ongoing support from CTA and your client team.

About You: What We’re Looking For
You may or may not have a relevant background, but the right attitude matters more than experience. Here’s what we know we’re looking for:
- Tech Curiosity – An interest in technology (even if it’s hobby-level).
- Strong Work Ethic – Ready to learn at speed and embrace challenges.
- Teamwork Focus – Loving collaborative environments.
- Communication Skills – Can articulate ideas clearly, in writing and verbally.
- Organisational Abilities – Thrives in structured & fast-paced settings.
- Flexible Education – ✅ Do you have a degree? (Not necessarily in STEM.) ✅ No degree? – Bring recent work experience or tech upskilling (e.g., courses, projects).

The Application Process
1. Apply
Submit your latest CV and answer a few non-tech screening questions—no prior experience needed.
2. Screening Call
A 10–15-minute phone chat with our hiring team about your background.
3. Video Interview
A 30-minute Teams call to:
- Discuss FYI hopes/aspirations.
- Ask competency-based questions (problem-solving, time management).
4. Technical Aptitude Test
A short, pre-course test to assess basic skills—balanced approach, no cranium-busting.
5. In-Person Assessment
Successful candidates attend an assessment centre with our client (2-hour session).
6. Offer
If it’s a match, you’ll get a place + joining details (start date, training dates, etc.). Ready to get started!
