Associate Town Planner (Policy)
Principal / Associate Policy Planner (Town Planning) Multiple UK Office Locations | Hybrid Working
An employee-owned consultancy is seeking to appoint a Principal / Associate Policy Planner following a significant growth in workload within its policy and plan-making team.
About the Role
The position was approved due to increasing demand across recent projects, presenting a unique opportunity to join a well-established team supporting Local Planning Authorities across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in:
- Local Plans
- Policy development
- Development plan preparation
- Evidence base studies
- Working with or within Local Planning Authorities
- Play a central role in the next phase of growth for the planning team, including:
- Leading projects
- Supporting clients
- Shaping the future direction of the service
