The Role
As an Associate Exec in the Trading Operations Team, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports the biggest products across UKI Trading. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the Sportsbook and Exchange products for our 3 UKI brands, from market creation right through to issue resolution, making quality real-time decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
You will play a key role in driving operational excellence while fostering a customer-obsessed culture with the opportunity to work across product verticals and gain exposure to all Flutter’s key products.
What you’ll do
- Customer First Always: A key focus of our trading team is to offer the markets our customers want, ensuring we remain their first choice.
- Actively seek new ideas and collaborate with colleagues to offer an innovative and exciting betting experience to over 1 million customers.
- The role demands a critical and solution-oriented problem solver, focused on continuously improving the experience of our customers.
- Comprehensive training across all trading operations facets is provided. You don’t need to be an expert. We value curiosity and a desire to learn above all else.
- Collaborate across various departments, including Tech, Trading, Commercial, Customer Service, Product, Liquidity, and Premium, to drive operational improvements that enhance the customer experience.
- Form part of a team that takes full end-to-end ownership of their operational area, spanning market creation, live management, settlement, post-settlement issue resolution, and retrospective reporting & analysis.
- For those in full-time education, flexible support is available to help balance studies with work commitments. However, this does work both ways, as working during evenings and weekends is required.
