The Opportunity
This is an entry-level role with a clearly defined progression path into a Consultant position. Due to the firm’s continued growth, they are hiring an Associate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their London team.

The Role
As a Trainee Recruiter, you will:
- Work closely with a senior consultant/partner to support live mandates
- Source and engage candidates using varied tools and strategies
- Build expertise in the early-stage technology market
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews
- Form long-term candidate relationships to generate referrals
- Apply outbound sourcing, market mapping, community engagement, and referrals
- Receive daily mentorship and real-time coaching from experienced recruiters
