The Company
A fast-growing, VC-backed technology recruitment firm founded in the mid-2010s, partnering with Tier 1 venture capital funds and their portfolio companies globally. The business works with founders from early stage through to IPO and acquisition, helping them scale high-performing commercial and technical teams.
They operate across multiple regions (US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM) and specialise in areas including Cloud & Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, Digital, Cyber Security, and Fintech.
The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, the firm is hiring an Associate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join its London team. This is an entry-level role with a clearly defined progression path into a Consultant position.

The Role
As a Trainee Recruiter, you will:
- Work closely with a senior consultant/partner to support live mandates
- Source and engage candidates using a range of tools and strategies
- Build expertise in the early-stage technology market
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews
- Build long-term relationships with candidates to generate referrals
- Use outbound sourcing, market mapping, community engagement, and referrals
- Receive daily mentorship and real-time coaching from experienced recruiters
