Role: Associate Training Consultant
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. As an Associate Training Consultant, you will support the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs for client organizations. Under the guidance of senior consultants, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing training materials
- Coordination of training sessions and workshops
- Facilitating workshops both virtually and on-site
- Assisting in compiling and organizing client requirements
- Producing presentations, reports, and related documentation
- Providing on-site support during training engagements
- Gathering and analysing participant feedback
- Compiling training reports and metrics, along with data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure training solutions are aligned with business objectives and delivered on schedule

Key Responsibilities
Training Development & Delivery
- Assist in creating engaging and effective training modules using instructional design principles
- Contribute to the refinement of training content based on client feedback and emerging business needs
- Support the execution of multiple training activities, both in-person and remotely
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness
- Work closely with internal project teams to ensure effective communication and seamless delivery
Quality Assurance & Improvement
- Collect and evaluate post-session feedback to assess training effectiveness
- Compile data-driven reports to measure training impact and propose actionable improvements
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong background in training and development, including:
- Basic instructional design knowledge
- Familiarity with adult learning principles
- Excellent consulting skills, such as:
- The ability to understand and articulate client needs
- Support in developing practical training and change management solutions
- Contribution to project delivery and solution implementation
- Exceptional communication skills:
- Clear written and verbal articulation (including presentation delivery)
- Capability to present complex information in an accessible manner
- Strong customer service orientation, including:
- Professionalism and responsiveness
- A knack for building long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office productivity tools and enthusiasm for adopting new technologies
- Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented, dynamic environment

Desirable Qualifications & Experiences
- Experience with ERP systems and an understanding of business processes across:
- Finance
- Human Resources (HR)
- Sales & Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Certification(s) or prior roles in training facilitation, learning and development, or change management
- A self-starter mindset, with a willingness to quickly upskill on emerging technologies and adapt to evolving client needs
