Birkbeck, University of London, has an opportunity for an Associate Tutor to join the teaching team and support its Law School this coming Autumn term 2026 and Spring term 2027.

Role Details
We Are Seeking An Associate Tutor To Teach Across The Seven Foundational Law Subjects, With a Particular Focus On The Following Module
Foundations of Property
- Days: Mondays and/or Wednesdays
- Times: Classes at 2-5pm and/or 6-9pm

You will have the relevant specialist legal knowledge to teach on the above law module(s). The module has a deep historical dimension in covering the Foundations of Property. You should be able to demonstrate prior experience or strong motivation to become familiar with all aspects of the history of Property Law in your application.
You will be qualified with an LLM (or related postgraduate degree) with either an LLB (or similar qualification that covers the 7 foundations of legal knowledge) or equivalent professional experience.
