Associate Vice President - Life Sciences | Digital Transformation Consultancy | UK & Ireland Hybrid - 2 days office | 3 days remote | Travel to client sites
Our client is a global digital transformation and strategic advisory business, backed by one of the world's leading technology companies. With over 11,000 professionals worldwide and a proven track record across industries, they deliver end-to-end solutions - from strategic advisory and operational consulting through to architecture and implementation.
They are now looking for an Associate Vice President to join their Life Sciences leadership team across UK & Ireland.
The Role In this role, you will drive strategic advisory and digital transformation in the Life Sciences industry across UK & Ireland, contributing to business development and leading consulting engagements that meet and exceed client expectations. You will build trusted relationships with C-level executives, craft tailored solutions, and develop sales strategies that leverage cutting-edge technology for sustainable growth.
What you'll be doing Engaging C-level decision-makers and key stakeholders across Life Sciences, building trusted strategic relationships and positioning yourself as a valued advisor Qualifying and nurturing leads through needs analysis, value articulation, and solution design, leading proposal development with cross-functional teams Overseeing multiple consulting engagements, delivering digital strategies and capabilities in complex, technology-driven projects - on time and to client expectations Developing and executing sales strategies for Life Sciences accounts, leveraging a broad technology portfolio to deliver innovative, sustainable digital transformation solutions Collaborating across a global organisation in a "One Tech Company" approach to maximise client opportunities Contributing to thought leadership and marketing activities to strengthen market presence Owning the end-to-end sales process including forecasting, account planning, cost estimation, and negotiation

What you'll bring 9+ years of experience in the Life Sciences industry, or in consulting with a Life Sciences focus, with particular emphasis on digital transformation in business operations Results-driven and entrepreneurial, combining value-selling, market insight, and analytical problem-solving with a collaborative approach Solid domain knowledge of Life Sciences and a working understanding of integrated technology stacks including IoT, AI, IT/OT, and cybersecurity Proven ability to build and leverage client relationships at C-suite level, including an existing network in the sector Experience working across international, matrixed teams with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
