The Role: Fee Earner (Associate Negotiator / Wandsworth Sales Team)

Knight Frank is the market-leading residential agency in Wandsworth, delivering exceptional results, trusted advice, and unrivalled service within South West London’s most sought-after property market.

We are seeking a driven, high-performing fee earner to join our Bellevue Road office sales team in Wandsworth—a rare opportunity for an experienced professional ready to step into a pivotal role.

In this significant position, you will:

  • Represent high-net-worth clients while operating within one of the UK’s most prestigious property markets, including deals valued at £2.5m and above.
  • Work alongside industry leaders to drive revenue, secure instructions, and cultivate client relationships.
  • Play a key role in reinforcing Knight Frank’s reputation as the preferred agent in the Wandsworth market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships: Develop trust with vendors, buyers, and stakeholders throughout the sale of premium residential properties.
  • Negotiation & sales execution: Conduct viewings, finalise offers at optimal value, and oversee the entire sales process—from initial listing to completion.
  • Client experience: Ensuring exceptional service standards, responsiveness, and professionalism at every interaction.
  • Multi-channel engagement: Manage inquiries through telephone, digital platforms, and face-to-face discussions.
  • Compliance & reporting: Maintain accurate records and adhere to Knight Frank’s best practices in systems use and documentation.
  • Market influence: Contribute to client retention, business growth, and the agency’s growing reputation in Wandsworth and South West London.

About You

This role is ideal for:

  • Established professionals at the level of Associate, Director, or Partner (or equivalent experience).
  • Exceptional senior fee earners seeking a career-defining step up within a top-tier firm.
  • Candidates with a proven track record of:
    • Winning business and building enduring client relationships.
    • Delivering consistently high sales results in competitive markets.
  • Market expertise in Wandsworth’s residential sector or prior experience in prime and upper-prime property transactions is highly advantageous.

  • Strong negotiation and consultation skills with exceptional communication.
