Position: Ambitious Associate Negotiator in Knight Frank Wandsworth Sales, based at the Bellevue Road office

We are seeking an experienced, driven, and high-performing fee earner ready to take on a senior role within our top-tier business. Key aspects include:
- Sales of prestigious homes, often valued at £2.5m and above
- Collaboration with respected industry leaders
- Significant revenue-generating responsibilities
- Building lasting client relationships

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationships & Sales Execution
- Build and maintain trusted partnerships with vendors, buyers, and stakeholders
- Conduct and oversee viewings, negotiate offers, and secure record-breaking sales
- Drive assists through to completion, ensuring smooth transaction processes
Client Experience & Operational Excellence
- Deliver exceptional service at every stage of the sales journey
- Manage inquiries across all channels (phone, digital, in-person)
- Maintain accurate records and comply with internal systems and best practices
Business Growth & Reputation
- Contribute to expanding Wandsworth’s market share
- Strengthen Knight Frank’s position as the premium choice in South West London
Who We’re Looking For
Ideal Candidate
- Experience Level:
- Associate, Director, or Partner in residential sales
- Exceptional senior fee earner seeking career advancement
- Track Record:
- Proven success in winning business, cross-selling, and client retention
- Consistently high sales performance in prime/residential markets
- Market Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Wandsworth and South West London is advantageous
- Experience with prime/upper-prime residential properties is highly desirable
- Attributes:
- Commercially savvy with a focus on outstanding outcomes
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Collaborative and proactive team player
- Ambitious with a growth mindset, eager to shape a positive team culture
