Associate Implementation Manager – PlotBox

At PlotBox, we're on a mission to modernise and connect cemeteries, crematoria, and funeral homes through innovative software solutions. Our technology helps organisations deliver exceptional service during life’s most important moments.

We’re looking for an Associate Implementation Manager to join our Operations team, helping customers successfully adopt and implement PlotBox solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with people, solving problems, coordinating projects, and delivering great customer experiences.

If you're organised, customer-focused, and eager to build a career in SaaS implementation and project delivery, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Project Support & Coordination

  • Support complex implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
  • Take full ownership of simpler projects.
  • Assist in maintaining project plans, timelines, and implementation documentation.
  • Track actions, risks, and milestones, escalating concerns when appropriate.
  • Participate in customer meetings and follow up on agreed actions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
