Responsibilities

You’ll be central to Third Bridge’s mission, sourcing and activating expertise to meet our clients’ urgent needs:

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in French (C1 level)—both written and spoken skills.
  • Analytical mindset, paired with military-style ambition and a track record that proves it.
  • Hunger for leadership—demonstrated through university projects, past jobs, or extracurricular participation.

Benefits & Salary (First Year)

  • Total remunération range: -Earn between £51,000–£68,000 aggregate basé on performance, (including base salary of £40,000 + unlimited incentive potential available from month 2).
  • Inclusives covers: Health, dental, vision, and pension contributions.

  • 25+ paid days off + flex days annually + one full month remote work allowed.
