We are actively recruiting for limited spaces. Please note, due to a high volume of interest for this role, we are reviewing applicants in waves.

This role will commence in late August 2026. Later start dates may be available on request.

Please note in order to make an application as a graduate, you must hold a British or Irish passport, or hold the correct permissions to live and work in Jersey. This is due to local immigration permissions meaning we are unable to obtain work permits/visas for student entry-level positions for International passport holders.

What The Role Involves

  • Developing an understanding of clients' businesses and the industries they operate in through conducting research
  • Building and maintaining professional working relationships with clients whilst collecting information and providing updates
  • Gathering and analysing information and data to provide draft reports
  • Seeking out opportunities to build, expand and share knowledge
  • Being proactive about your own learning and development

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
