Line of Service Overview

Our Middle East Assurance practice includes over 2,300 people based in 12 countries across the region and is part of PwC’s global network that operates worldwide. PwC Middle East’s Assurance practice combines the right mix of human-led and tech powered solutions to provide our clients with quality audits and other risk services that create confidence and impact in our region and across society.

Programme Overview

Our Assurance programme will provide you with the opportunity to work alongside our business leaders, helping clients to solve their toughest problems and capture their greatest opportunities. We work with some of the region’s largest and most complex companies to understand their unique business issues and opportunities in a fast-moving and evolving landscape.

You can join the graduate programme across one of the following locations: Doha, Riyadh, Jeddah, Al Khobar, Dhahran, Manama, Cairo, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Beirut, Muscat, Kuwait City, Ramallah, Tripoli, and Amman.

How You’ll Contribute

As an Associate, you will be working as part of a team that helps clients build trust, solve complex challenges, and proactively assist in the management of several engagements. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Participating in audits and assurance engagements, ensuring the highest standards of quality and integrity
  • Analyzing data and identifying key risks to provide actionable insights for clients
  • Supporting the delivery of client projects by collaborating with colleagues and leveraging digital tools
  • Building trusted relationships with clients through clear communication and commitment to excellence
  • Continuously developing your skills through hands-on experience, coaching, and feedback

What You’ll Bring

  • A recent or final-year undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, with a strong academic record
  • You will be on track to achieve a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent in your undergraduate degree
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills
  • A commitment to continuous learning, collaboration, and delivering quality and integrity
  • Eligibility to work in your chosen location without restrictions
  • Motivation to pursue a professional qualification (such as ACCA, CPA, or SOCPA) during your journey with us

Travel Requirements: You may be asked to work away from your base office location on a regular basis, and frequent overnight stays may be required. Where possible, we will take your preferences into account and strike a balance between meeting your career development/personal needs and those of the business and our clients
