At ISX, we keep some of the UK's most iconic kinetic structures moving. From Wimbledon's world-famous retractable roofs to specialist hydraulic and mechanical systems, we deliver inspection, maintenance and lifecycle engineering services that keep critical assets safe, compliant and operating at their best.
We're looking for an Assurance Supervisor to help drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement across our maintenance and engineering operations.
What you'll be doing
You'll work closely with our engineers, planners and customers to ensure maintenance and inspection activities are delivered safely, consistently and to the highest standards. You'll:
- Carry out audits and compliance reviews across workshop and site activities.
- Review engineering documentation, maintenance records and inspection reports.
- Support investigations into defects, non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Promote best practice in quality, safety and engineering assurance.
- Help improve reliability, performance and lifecycle management of specialist assets.
- Support customer audits and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone with experience in engineering, maintenance, asset management or infrastructure who has a passion for quality and doing things the right way. You'll ideally have:
- Experience in quality assurance, compliance or technical governance.
- Knowledge of maintenance processes, inspections and engineering documentation.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to interpret technical information and work collaboratively across teams.

Experience with ISO 9001, CDM, hydraulic or mechanical systems, or specialist engineering environments would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
