Job Summary

As a Lead Atlassian Consultant, you shape and lead the delivery of strategic and complex ESM/ITSM solutions for our clients.

You act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, while also playing a key role internally as a leader, mentor, and reference for consulting excellence. You combine strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership to drive impactful outcomes for both clients and Valiantys.

What You’ll Be Working On

Shape & Advise

  • Lead discovery phases and identify high-value opportunities for clients
  • Advise senior stakeholders on ESM/ITSM strategy, architecture, and transformation roadmaps
  • Design tailored solutions that align with business goals and technical constraints
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients toward long-term value realization

Lead Delivery

  • Lead and oversee the delivery of complex or cross-practice projects
  • Ensure delivery approaches align with client needs, best practices, and Valiantys standards
  • Act as technical lead when required to guarantee quality and consistency
  • Produce and review key deliverables and ensure clear reporting on progress and outcomes

Lead & Develop People

  • Manage and support consultants, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
  • Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback
  • Mentor team members and support their technical and professional development
  • Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and enablement of new consultants
  • Ensure team readiness, certifications, and continuous skill development

Drive Consulting Excellence

  • Act as a reference point for best practices, methods, and tools
  • Support consultants in resolving complex or strategic challenges
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and contribute to practice development
  • Contribute to the evolution of methodologies, standards, and service offerings

Collaborate & Contribute

  • Work closely with Delivery Managers, Practice Leads, Sales, and Presales teams
  • Support complex presales activities (solution design, scoping, demonstrations)
  • Identify business opportunities and contribute to account growth
  • Strengthen collaboration across teams and practices

Ensure Client Success

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Ensure high levels of satisfaction and service consistency
  • Support long-term engagement strategies and value realization
  • Act as an escalation point for critical issues and ensure timely resolution

Do You Have What It Takes?

To succeed in this role, you bring:

  • A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field
  • 7 years minimum experience in consulting and leading complex projects
  • Deep expertise in Atlassian tools and Cloud environments
  • Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive strategic discussions
  • 3 years minimum experience in team leadership, mentoring, or people management
