Introduction to Eficode

We’re building the future of software development - driving innovation across Cloud, DevOps, Agile, Service Management, and AI-powered transformation. Our mission is to help organizations evolve into truly software-driven enterprises, empowering them to deliver faster, smarter, and more sustainably through modern technology and intelligent automation.

At Eficode, we help some of the world’s leading organisations modernise the way they build software by combining DevOps culture, platform engineering, AI-assisted software development, and cloud-native tooling. From intelligent automation to agentic workflows and AI-enhanced SDLC practices, we are at the forefront of helping teams transform how software is delivered.

As an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner, we have been recognised multiple times as Atlassian Partner of the Year, most recently for Software Solutions, 2026. We are also proud to be a two-time GitHub Partner of the Year in EMEA, a GitLab Select Partner, and an Azure Managed Service Provider.

With over 600 experts across 10 countries, we bring together leading talent from the Nordics, continental Europe, the UK, and the Americas.

Role purpose

As an Atlassian Solution Architect at Eficode, you won’t just be configuring tools - you’ll help shape the future of software development for our customers.

You’ll work closely with enterprise organisations to design and implement modern, scalable development platforms and collaborative ways of working across the software development lifecycle. While Atlassian technologies will be at the core of your work, you’ll also have the opportunity to work across the wider DevOps and AI ecosystem, including GitHub, GitLab, Azure, and more.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with consultative problem-solving, and who is excited by the evolving world of AI-assisted development, intelligent automation, and platform engineering.

Role responsibilities

Your main responsibilities as our Atlassian Solution Architect will include (but won’t be limited to):

  • Leading discovery workshops and designing enterprise-scale Atlassian solutions across Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management
  • Acting as a technical lead for migrations from Atlassian Server/Data Center to Atlassian Cloud
  • Designing customized integrations within modern DevOps toolchains such as GitHub, GitLab and related systems as e.g. ServiceNow.
  • Helping customers modernise their SDLC through automation, AI-assisted workflows, and platform engineering best practices
  • Supporting customers in adopting modern ways of working across Agile, Service Management and DevOps
  • Building advanced automations and customisations using tools such as Forge, Groovy, Python, or JavaScript
  • Collaborating with cross-functional Eficode teams across Cloud, AI, DevOps, and Managed Services
  • Sharing knowledge internally and mentoring junior consultants within the Eficode community

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
