ATS Coordinator | Aberdeen

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in offshore oil & gas, EPC, or FPSO projects who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at coordinating technical support activities across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate vendor and supplier technical support activities
  • Manage ATS (Assisted Technical Services) requests from initiation to execution
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to clarify work scopes and call-off requirements
  • Coordinate the mobilization of Field Service Representatives (FSRs)
  • Manage vendor mobilization schedules and training coordination
  • Act as the key interface between project teams, offshore personnel, and vendor technical support teams

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years' experience in offshore oil & gas, EPC, or FPSO projects
  • Experience with FPSO new build, upgrade, modification, life extension, or redeployment projects
  • Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
