Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Attendance and Belonging Champion to join our team. Inclusion is at the heart of our work at Oasis Academy Watermead. We work hard to support our students so that they can fully access their education.
Oasis Academy Watermead is an inclusive Primary, 3-11 academy that is committed to giving children the best possible education. High-performing and continuously improving, we are located in our state-of-the-art building.
The Champion will oversee the attendance, guidance and support to individual students and families. They work under the direction of the Deputy Principal of Inclusion and Designated Safeguarding Lead.
