The Candidate

The successful candidate will be an organised, proactive and analytical professional with experience of working in an educational environment and using data to support positive outcomes. They will be confident analysing attendance information, identifying trends and coordinating effective interventions to improve attendance. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, colleagues and external agencies. The successful candidate will be able to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. They will demonstrate integrity, accountability and a strong commitment to safeguarding, while embracing the values and ethos of the Trust.

37 hours per week, 39.2 working weeks per year.
