About the Opportunity…
We’re looking for an experienced Attraction Campaign Manager to join our growing Attraction team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys owning campaigns end-to-end, leading a team, and delivering measurable impact for clients.
You’ll work closely with a portfolio of clients to design and deliver multi-channel attraction campaigns that build high-quality candidate pipelines. Alongside campaign delivery, you’ll play a key role in shaping client strategy, improving performance, and developing team capability.
As an Attraction Campaign Manager, you’ll own a portfolio of clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard and aligned to agreed strategy.
Campaign oversight and coordination
- Overseeing the delivery of multi-channel attraction campaigns, ensuring activity is aligned, consistent and high quality
- Coordinating specialist activity across social, media, events, universities and schools
- Ensuring campaign outputs are accurate, on-brand and ready to go live
- Using performance insight to guide improvements and optimise outcomes
Client management and growth
- Acting as the main day-to-day contact for your clients, building strong, trusted relationships
- Translating client goals into clear delivery plans for the team
- Identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and introduce additional services

Team leadership
- Leading and supporting a small campaign marketing team, providing ongoing guidance and feedback to help individuals develop and perform at their best
- Managing workload to ensure a balanced, sustainable approach to delivery whilst maintaining high standards and ensuring the team feels supported to succeed
Operational and commercial contribution
- Managing campaign budgets, plans and reporting to ensure delivery remains commercially effective
- Supporting the onboarding of new clients into the team
- Contributing to wider Attraction initiatives and continuous improvement
Who we’re looking for…
Someone who combines campaign expertise with strong leadership and commercial awareness. You’ll need:
- Experience delivering multi-channel attraction or recruitment marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of early careers and/or volume hiring environments
- Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and client relationships
- Experience leading or developing others
- Commercial awareness and ability to contribute to proposals
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using data to make decisions and improve performance
