About the Role
The UK’s most exciting castle, Warwick Castle, is hiring for a fun-packed Attractions Host opportunity to unleash over 1,000 years of excitement and unforgettable experiences for guests!

Key Responsibilities
- Actively assist with day-to-day operations at Warwick Castle, ensuring guests have the highest quality experience.
- Take an integral part in our "Legend of the Trebuchet" show, a world-famous display involving the largest working siege machine replica.
- Oversee health and safety—guests, colleagues, and performers—by identifying hazards and reporting concerns promptly to managers.
- Chaperone costumed performers and guide guests along designated paths to prevent unsafe "behind-the-scenes" exposure.
- Provide exceptional customer service and fully engage with visitors during interactive experiences.
- Support evening shows and events, including shifts over weekends.
- Remain physically active throughout shifts, often outdoors.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
