Audi Business Manager
Business Manager – Finance & Insurance
About The Role
Harrogate Audi is currently recruiting for a Business Manager to join their growing team.
As a Sytner Business Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and growing all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department
- Serving as the core of all sales enquiries
- Developing the sales team
- Ensuring every customer has a clear understanding of their obligations
- Delivering integrity and a commitment to treating customers fairly
Working patterns are flexible, which may include weekends, to ensure exceptional customer service.
About You
We are looking for a high-achieving, driven professional with experience as either:
- Sales Executive
- Sales Controller
- Business Manager

- Sound financial and commercial understanding
- Outstanding work ethic with a passion for driving performance
- Ability to lead from the front and inspire teams, encouraging colleagues to exceed potential
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in working within team-based, shared objective environments
- Commitment to personal and team performance goals
