Permanent New Car Sales Executive

£20,000 basic salary + potential generous commission OTP: Up to £50,000 with very achievable commission

Sytner Group are excited to offer an exciting Permanent New Car Sales Executive role with an enhanced salary structure and a wealth of benefits.

About the Role

At Sytner Group, our Sales Executives are the critical point of engagement, ensuring every customer who visits one of our Nottingham Audi dealerships receives a first-class experience when buying their next car.

As a New Car Sales Executive, you will:

  • Be the primary customer contact throughout the entire car-buying journey
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand and fulfil their needs
  • Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to ensure highest possible service levels
  • Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism to guarantee satisfaction every time

Ideal candidates will come from a customer service or sales background and love nothing more than providing exceptional customer experiences.

About You

Required:

  • Valid UK driving licence (highly desirable)
  • A natural interpersonal skills set and an enthusiasm for engaging customers face-to-face
  • Customer-obsessed mindset with a drive to deliver outstanding service
  • Willingness to join our assessment centres if selected
