Audi Parts Advisor
About The Role
Sytner Group is looking for a motivated and committed Parts Advisor to join our team at Harrogate Audi.
As a Sytner Parts Advisor, you will:
- Demonstrate a 'One Team' approach
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers/suppliers
- Ensure all requests are dealt with promptly
- Support and assist colleagues and customers with:
- Parts identification
- Parts searching
- Parts sourcing
Responsibilities also include:
- Maintaining and managing the parts stock room
- Overseeing stock levels, including:
- Ordering parts
- Selling a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories
Working Hours/Flexibility: Parts Advisors work flexible patterns, typically including weekends, to ensure high service levels for customers.
About You

- Experience in a similar role within the motor industry (preferred)
- IT literacy
- High levels of:
- Organisation
- Attention to detail
- Strong customer-facing experience, with:
- Excellent communication skills (both face-to-face and over the phone)
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to provide expert advice on products and services
