About The Role
We serve b2c Ferry passengers globally and we are seeking an analytical thinker with strong strategic vision. You should be capable of stakeholder management, with a strong background in turning data into insight and delivering innovative value-added analysis.
It is imperative you are someone that is proactive and passionate about insights. You will need to have a technical skill set, a thorough understanding of manipulating raw data and building this into actionable insight using analytical and visualisation tools.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Support the Insights strategy through the building of reports that answer key business questions and track the performance of success metrics
- Support the passenger audience segmentation strategy, definitions and tactics for activation, through incorporating audience segmentation splits within reporting
- Support the Audience Insights Lead in mapping the passenger customer journeys and build reports to measure efficiency at specific touchpoints in the customer journey
- Ensure insights are available across all markets and routes and aligned with business needs
- Support the Audience Insights and Strategic Development team in identifying business opportunities through the identification of trends within reporting
- Guide your colleagues in any research needs, aligned to the trends/ opportunities identified through Audience Insights reporting
- Adopt cross-functional alignment: partner with revenue, marketing, sales and routes to ensure reporting and metrics are standardised
- You will be data literate and have a strong ability to identify trends alongside an inquisitive nature to understand the root cause of specific trends identified.

Your Capabilities
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in visualisation tools such as Power BI and preferably also data connectivity tools such as SQL or similar
- Logical thinker with the ability to understand business needs
- Business acumen: tie insights to revenue, retention, product-market fit, and prioritization/ROI
- Storytelling and influencing without authority, utilising data to provide actionable insights
- Presentation and communication skills – complex is easy, simple is hard
- Experience with surveys and survey design
- Experience with brand tracking and/or online panel/communities is a plus
About You
You will work in the Audience Insights and Strategic Development team, utilising the data available to you to build a reporting suite that is aligned to business needs, generating the insights needed to guide strategic decisions. You will work alongside colleagues aligning reporting with research projects and programmes (e.g. The Voice of The Passenger – NPS and CSAT) to provide holistic actionable insights. You will be a very analytical individual that is excited by turning data into insights and capable to utilise tools to improve data connectivity and increase automation across reports. You will be an enthusiastic, curious, passionate and collaborative individual who continually looks for opportunities, with a solution-focused attitude.

Skills And Experience We Imagine You Bring
- An analytical thinker with the ability to turn data into insights
- 2-3 years of insight and data & analytics experience (essential)
- Preferably technical with experience in Power BI or similar tool and maybe also SQL, python, and/or other relevant tools
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own and others workload.
- Ability to communicate complex data and ideas into digestible information.
- Ability to be flexible, and adapt to change and leverage trends
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
