The BT group operates a 3 together, 2 wherever working model. This means you are required to be at your contractual location 3 days a week with 2 flexible days per week.
About The Role
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role within the CRM and campaign execution team, responsible for building and deploying targeted customer communications at scale.
You’ll use customer data and decisioning tools to identify the right audiences, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, compliantly, and on time. The focus is on executing campaigns end-to-end and enabling high-performing, data-driven marketing activity.
You’ll be expected to hit the ground running, leveraging existing toolsets and processes to deliver value quickly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and executing campaign selections using decisioning tools within agreed SLAs
- Translating campaign briefs into technical audience selections and segmentation logic
- Running data quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance of all outputs
- Applying targeting, segmentation and customer journey rules to optimise communications
- Collaborating with marketing stakeholders to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns
- Using customer data to drive better decisioning and improve campaign performance

Essential Skills / Experience
- Proven experience using Unica (critical for immediate impact in role)
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying and manipulating customer datasets
- Experience in campaign delivery, CRM, or audience selection environments
- Ability to translate business briefs into technical data selections and logic
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, governance and quality
Desirable Skills / Experience
- Experience with other decisioning tools (e.g. Pega, Adobe Campaign, NBA)
- Understanding of customer segmentation, targeting and campaign optimisation
- Experience working in agile teams within a marketing or CRM function
- Knowledge of GDPR and compliant use of customer data
- Background in telecoms, retail or high-volume customer environments
