AV Hire & Events Account Manager

Location: London | Full-Time | Permanent | Competitive Salary + Benefits

Are you passionate about live events and audio-visual technology? Do you enjoy building client relationships and managing projects from enquiry through to delivery?

Our client is a leading provider of professional audio-visual solutions, delivering technical production for live events, exhibitions, film shoots, and corporate projects. Due to continued growth, they're looking for an AV Hire & Events Account Manager to join their busy and friendly team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in AV hire, events, or exhibitions, or an experienced AV Technician looking to transition into a client-facing office-based role.

The Role

As an AV Hire & Events Account Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for clients, managing projects from the initial enquiry through to successful delivery. You'll work closely with internal teams to design practical AV solutions, prepare quotations, and ensure every project runs smoothly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
