Hybrid working

We recognise the benefits that remote and flexible working brings.
We operate a hybrid working policy that allows our employees to balance time in the office and time from home. Each team within our organisation can decide how to implement this policy. If you have any questions after applying, please reach out to our recruitment team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily operational support for all AV systems, ensuring conference rooms, screening spaces, and event areas are fully functional.
  • Set up, operate, and strike AV equipment for live events, including meetings, town halls, screenings, and special productions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AV incidents promptly, escalating issues when necessary to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the Service Desk to develop ticketing workflows, escalation paths, and resolution protocols that improve response times and service consistency.
  • Configure and support Cisco RoomOS devices, including endpoint setup, firmware updates, troubleshooting, and integration with collaboration platforms.
  • Manage IPTV and digital signage systems, including content scheduling, playback verification, system monitoring, and vendor coordination for outages or updates.
  • Provide on-site support for high-profile events, working closely with Facilities, IT, Creative Services, and Production teams.
  • Conduct routine system checks, firmware updates, and preventative maintenance on AV equipment.
  • Support remote participants and hybrid events through platforms such as Zoom, Teams, or Webex.
  • Document processes, update room guides, and contribute to AV knowledge base articles for internal use.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for repairs, rentals, or supplemental staffing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
