We are Alton Towers Resort, part of the magical Merlin Entertainments Group, one of the world’s largest and most diverse entertainment companies. We’re currently looking for a passionate and skilled Audio Visual Technician to join our team in a permanent role.

Weekend work and bank holidays are required. Shift patterns vary from a mixture of earlies and lates.
About The Role
As an Audio Visual Technician at Alton Towers Resort, you'll work across a wide range of exciting projects, ensuring our audio, lighting, and visual systems run flawlessly. Your daily tasks will include:
- Operating and maintaining permanently installed AV systems throughout the resort
- Supporting the installation, maintenance, and de-rig of complex AV setups
- Conducting routine safety and operational checks on all technical systems
- Delivering exceptional service to both guests and colleagues
- Working hands-on with cutting-edge technology and industry-leading equipment

We’re Looking For Someone With Experience In
- Theatrical lighting systems
- Live audio mixing using digital desks
- Video systems and show control
- Ethernet networking
- Special effects and show rigging
- AV system installation, wiring, and repair
- Mains electrical knowledge

Pay Range
GBP £13.40/Hr.
