Audiologist Private Clinic | Oxford, UK | Full Time | £33,920 per annum + Commission

Our client is a multi-award-winning audiology provider, proudly celebrating 20 years of excellence in hearing care and patient-focused service. The Oxford clinic is a well-established private practice known for its high clinical standards, advanced audiology technology, and consistently outstanding patient experience.
The Audiologist will deliver comprehensive hearing and balance assessments, provide expert diagnostic input, and support patients through rehabilitation and long-term hearing care. This role combines clinical precision with patient counselling and high-quality, personalised care within a private healthcare environment.

The Role
- Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments including pure-tone audiometry, tympanometry, and speech testing
- Diagnose hearing and vestibular conditions and communicate findings clearly to patients
- Fit, programme, and adjust hearing aids and assistive listening devices
- Provide tailored rehabilitation advice and long-term care plans
- Deliver counselling on hearing health, tinnitus management, and communication strategies
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with UK regulatory standards
- Liaise with ENT specialists and external healthcare professionals for referrals
- Support clinic growth through excellent patient care, satisfaction, and retention

Requirements
Essential
- Degree in Audiology or related field
- HCPC registration or RCCP registration
- Strong patient-facing communication and consultation skills
- Experience with modern audiology equipment and hearing aid programming systems
Desirable
- Previous experience in private clinic or clinical audiology settings
- Familiarity with multiple hearing aid manufacturers and platforms
- Interest in vestibular diagnostics or specialist audiology services
- Professional and polished approach suited to private healthcare environments
