Hearing Aid Audiologist

Location: Bristol (Medical Centre based)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time considered
Perks: Company Car or Car Allowance + Generous Staff Discount

On behalf of our client—a highly respected, nationwide Opticians & Hearing Care provider—we are seeking a qualified and patient-focused Hearing Aid Audiologist to cover medical centres across the Bristol area.

The Role

Operating within local medical centres, you will deliver expert clinical care, providing comprehensive hearing assessments and tailored solutions to improve your patients' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessments: Conduct high-quality, comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic tests.
  • Fittings: Custom-fit and program a wide range of modern, digital hearing aids to meet individual patient needs.
  • Patient Care: Provide empathetic patient education, advice, and ongoing support for optimal device usage.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine hearing aid maintenance, adjustments, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Compliance: Maintain precise, accurate clinical records in line with professional and regulatory standards.

What We Are Looking For

  • Registration: Must be fully registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Hearing Aid Dispenser/Audiologist.
  • Experience: Proven experience in fitting, programming, and managing a diverse range of modern hearing aids.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills with an empathetic, patient-centered approach to care.
  • Mobility: A valid UK driving license is essential, as the role covers medical centres across the Bristol area.
  • Growth Mindset: A commitment to teamwork and ongoing continuous professional development (CPD).
