Job Title: Clinical Audiologist

Location: Bristol (with travel to Cardiff for private appointments)
Salary: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and clinically confident Clinical Audiologist to join our growing team. You’ll work across Bristol and Cardiff, providing a mix of in‑clinic appointments and home visits. This role fits someone who is flexible, clinically confident, and passionate about achieving excellent hearing outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct hearing assessments and consultations for NHS and private patients
  • Recommend, fit, and fine‑tune hearing aids to meet individual needs
  • Deliver thorough aftercare and follow‑up support
  • Maintain accurate, compliant patient records in line with HCPC and company standards
  • Manage stock of hearing aids and associated equipment

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Audiology or equivalent; HCPC registered
  • Previous experience as a qualified Audiologist
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care
