So, you’re an organisation expert wanting to take your career to the next level? Our Administrator/Scheduler role within our Home Visits service could be perfect for you.
As an Administrator/Scheduler with Specsavers, you’ll be a key part of our business, ensuring all admin and clinic scheduling & appointment booking is completed in the most effective and efficient way possible for our Home Visits Audiology team, while always putting our customers first. The role also involves administrative duties, including updating customer files, therefore strong attention to detail is essential. You’ll take incoming calls, as well as making outbound calls to customers, as such, excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner are required. You will liaise closely with our Audiology team as they deliver clinics across the region, along with external parties, so confidence when dealing with people is important.
We're looking for someone who preferably has experience with Audiology, a level-headed approach to managing day-to-day customer care, with an emphasis on route planning and scheduling appointments across our region, and delivery of excellent customer service for our Home Visits Audiology team. Someone who can work at pace managing a busy workload, sometimes with conflicting deadlines, and who demonstrates excellent time management skills. You will need to be confident working on your own initiative and will be responsible for all administrative duties for our Audiology business. Current or previous appointment setting or scheduling experience is preferred for this role.

- £28,000 per annum (negotiable for candidates with Audiology experience)

What We’re Looking For?
- Previous route planning, appointment setting or scheduling experience is desired
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Previous or current Audiology experience is highly desirable
- Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Call centre, office experience and customer service skills are desired
