Our store
This role provides a unique opportunity to support and work across three distinct stores: Christchurch, New Milton, and Fareham. Christchurch is a busy coastal town store with a strong mix of local customers and visitors, creating a vibrant retail environment that requires excellent customer service and adaptability. New Milton serves a loyal community customer base and offers a friendly, neighbourhood feel, with colleagues building strong relationships and delivering a personalised shopping experience. Fareham is a larger, high-footfall location situated in a thriving market town, providing exposure to a fast-paced retail setting with diverse customer needs. Together, these locations offer a diverse and rewarding opportunity for an Audiology Hub Manager to lead services across multiple communities, ensuring a consistent, high-quality patient experience while supporting clinical excellence, team development, and business performance across the hub.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
