Specsavers Staines is looking for an ambitious Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to become the new Audiology Partner / Business Owner.
This is a great opportunity to take ownership of an established and successful audiology business, building on strong foundations alongside experienced and highly supportive Optical and Retail Partners. With a dedicated Hearcare room, a fully trained store team and an affluent customer base, you'll be joining a business with exciting potential for future growth.

Requirements Of The Role
We're looking for a qualified HCPC-registered Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and excited by the prospect of business ownership.
The successful candidate will:
- Demonstrate strong clinical and customer care skills
- Build excellent relationships with customers, colleagues and the local community
- Bring drive, ambition and commercial awareness
- Embrace the opportunity to lead and develop a successful Hearcare business
- Share our commitment to maintaining the high standards and customer-focused culture already established within the store
