Job Description

Qualifications & Skills (Mandatory)

  • CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification
  • Proficiency in AV control systems: Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting systems such as Crestron, Q-SYS, AMX, and Extron.
  • Rack building and cable management: Expertise in assembling AV racks, terminating cables, and following signal path documentation.
  • Collaboration tools integration: Ability to interface AV systems with productivity platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and Google Meet.
  • Logitech video conferencing systems: Expertise in deploying and supporting Logitech Rally, Tap, and Sync platforms within Microsoft Teams and Zoom Room environments.
  • Networking and IT integration: Strong understanding of IP networking, VLANs, PoE, and AV-over-IP solutions, including Dante and NDI protocols.
