If you've reached the stage in your career where you enjoy leading audits but want more influence, more variety, and a genuine route towards Responsible Individual status, this could be exactly what you've been waiting for.

This is an opportunity to join a growing independent accountancy practice where your opinion matters, your ideas are welcomed, and your career isn't limited by layers of hierarchy. You'll work with ambitious owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurial clients and complex groups, building long-term relationships rather than simply completing compliance work.

Whether you're already operating at Senior Manager level or you're an experienced Audit & Accounts Manager ready for the next step, you'll be supported by approachable Partners who want to help you develop. If becoming an RI is part of your long-term plan, you'll have the backing and exposure to make it happen while enjoying genuine flexibility, a broad client portfolio and the chance to become a key figure within the firm's future.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
